A recent post by Darla Cooks (http://darlacooks.com/2012/02/29/meyer-lemon-muffins/#comment-1555) inspired me so much that I had to at least attempt to try and recreate it for myself. Although mine definitely do not look or most likely taste as good, they did satisfy my sweet tooth. So thank Darla! Keep it up!
