A good portion of last summer for me was spent either rock climbing, or sitting by the river. I did however, take a trip into the backcountry for a while with two good friends. Eddie, who is a Botanist/Buddhist/ Native American/Spirit Guide Wood Man…you get the point. He is all around full of information and enthusiasm for the outdoors! And Mike, well is a creature all to his own. If I could only imagine half of the thoughts he has, I would be two times better for it. For those of you who know your climbing ratings he crushes V11-V12 and free climbed Half Dome at night! Nedless to say I would be learning a lot on this trip. This was also the fist time I ever attempted to put together anything you can call a movie, so dont be too critical Hope you enjoy, and thanks for stopping by.

Thank you 🙂 That was my first bike picture! I am glad you enjoyed it.
What a beautiful post and incredible video. The shelter you constructed was fascinating. The jump over the tiny log was a bit scary though! Thank you for sharing your joy! I’ve backpacked all over Yosemite but it’s been years since my last visit. You brought back so many wonderful memories and inspired me to try it again soon. So glad that you checked in with my blog or I would never have found you. Take care!
